Abstract

Methods of estimating the energy of technogenic and biogenic oxidation processes were comparatively analyzed on the example of asphalt production and aerobic metabolism. Despite the important difference in the nature of these processes, the same approach has been successfully used in both cases: referring the amount of energy released to the amount of oxygen used in the process.
