Abstract

An analytical software complex has been developed for investigating the structure of signals in the spectral and time domains caused by geophysical processes. An estimate of the amplitude and a study of the properties of the electric field components spectrally localized at the frequencies of the lunar and solar tides in the Earth’s atmospheric boundary layer have been carried out. A method for determining the relative and absolute amplitudes of the principal eigenvector components is laid out. The coherence of the spectral components at the frequencies of the solar and lunar tides is investigated.
