Abstract
Reagents for esterase identification of monocytes on slide preparations are suitable for staining Ficoll-Paque isolated mononuclear cells in suspension. The suspension method is rapid and costless, and permits an accurate evaluation of esterase-positive cell percentages in mixed cell populations.
