Russian Abstract: В статье рассматриваются проблемы становления региональной системы профессионального образования в новом штате Индии Телангана. Особое внимание уделено вопросам развития региональной высшей школы, проанализированы сложности и препятствия на пути модернизации системы подготовки квалифицированных кадров для региональной экономики.English Abstract: The article deals with the problems of formation of the regional system of vocational education in the new Indian State of Telangana. Particular attention is paid to the development of the regional higher school. The difficulties and obstacles on the way of modernization of training highly qualified personnel for the regional economy are analyzed.
