Abstract
Emergent medical rescue and treatment of major disaster accidents (safety events) and severe mass trauma are major national demands. The fast and effective emergent medical rescue depends on the establishment of integrated emergent medical rescue system. This article discusses the importance and necessity of establishing the integrated emergent medical rescue system with Chinese characteristics in important strategic development regions and the specific content of the system.
