Abstract
The paper presents the development and achievements of the Confucius Institute at St Cyril and St Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo during the 10- year period since its establishment. It consists of 5 parts: 1. Establishment and basic information, including lists of the members of the Board of Advisors, teaching and administrative staff; 2. Chinese Language Teaching and Cultural Activities; 3. Operation Mechanism and Cooperation with Partners; 4. Implementation of Key Programs; 5. Academic Research and Achievements.
