Abstract

An accurate soil model is the basis for the design, experiment and calculation analysis of HVDC grounding electrode. In this paper, based on the measured data of soil resistivity in different areas of a four-circuit DC grounding electrode site, a unified dispersion simulation model was established in which three DC grounding electrodes forming a common ground electrode group. On this basis, this paper compared the grounding resistance of different DC grounding electrodes, the calculation and test data of the shunt between the grounding electrodes. The consistency of the test and calculation results showed that the established soil model was practical and effective, and can provide a reference for the subsequent evaluation, operation and maintenance analysis of the multi- circuit DC common grounding electrode group.
