Abstract

A variable voltage power supply system with digital control has been established. The aim is to initialize a switch mode power supply powered from DC power supply with a constant voltage. Low and save levels of voltage drop are needed to avoid a heated load model from electrical short circuit. The heated load is a thin stainless foil with a uniform thickness. The power supply is achieved during the adjustment process between the load drawn and the possibility of a low voltage drop. This system is enhanced with a default quantity measurement facility. Tests show that the system maintains stable variations in the power supply with a low and save voltage drop. Variation in foil temperature of 0.5 degrees Celsius is achieved precisely from room temperature to 150 degrees Celsius.
