Essence, content and structure of the concept of creative self-realization of the future teacher of primary school

Abstract

The article considers the essence of creative self realization of future primary school teachers, which is defined as a characteristic of the integrity of the individual and the level of his social activity which is showed in pedagogical skills, creativity, professional, pedagogical culture. The structure, functions and main criteria of professional self realization of a teacher are defined, which reflect the peculiarities of cognition and disclosure of professional and pedagogical potential in different types of pedagogical activity.
