Abstract

These twenty-two essays, written from 1966 to the present, are loosely held together by the theme of of culture, although for some it is a reach. They track Jenson's steady, albeit frequently eccentric, move toward a more culturally conservative and catholic (also Catholic) understanding of God's ways with the world. The essays are always lively and instructive, and almost always convincing.
