Abstract
Resume Les auteurs ont recherche l'antigene Milan chez des malades atteints ou non d'hepatite virale, de diverses hepatopathies et enfin de maladies generales. Ils ont travaille pendant la periode juillet-aout 1971 avec un serum contenant l'anticorps de Milan puis avec des serums provenant de sujets ayant reagi avec l'anticorps originel. Ne voulant considerer que la premiere periode, ils concluent a la non specificite de cet antigene qui n'a pas, pour l'hepatite virale A, la valeur qu'a l'antigene Australie pour l'hepatite B. Ils considerent que d'apres le contexte clinique il est difficile de dire a quoi correspond ce systeme precipitant non constitutionnel.
