Abstract

X-band ESR measurements of Mott insulator κ-(BEDT-TTF) 2Cu[N(CN) 2]Cl have been performed at 9,4 GHz in the temperature region from 3 K to room temperature using the static magnetic field up to 1 T, Electron paramagnetic resonance was observed above 27 K and the shift to the antiferromagnetic resonance (AFMR) was observed below 27 K. This result supports the previous suggestion by NMR measurements that this material undergoes an antiferromagnetic order below 27 K. Observed AFMR is discussed in connection with the results of our previous submillimeter wave ESR measurement.
