Abstract
Spain, theory and practice in youth policies In Spain, youth public policies have undergone a reorientation during the 1980’ s, after the political transition towards democracy and the entry of Spain in the EU. If the 1980’ s have been characterized with average and at least uneven results by the «Integral Youth Plans» implemented in a will of integration and transversality of action by the different administrations, the 1990’ s have been marked by affirmative youth policies under the effects of postmodernity. The paper aims to analyse in a historical perspective the main lines of youth public policies nowadays in Spain, this analysis being based on theories relative to political praxis.
