ESG-corporate policy in a sanctioned economy

Abstract

Given the high importance of the ESG agenda and the insufficient research of the management component, the authors conducted a study, the object of which was corporate governance in the context of ESG, or sustainable corporate governance. The purpose of the article is to familiarize the readers with the concept of sustainable corporate governance and the practice of its implementation in Russia, as well as to determine the significance of the concept for effective business operation.
