Abstract
The present article has as its theme: Criminal Judicial Errors: Damages Caused and Convictions of Innocent Persons. Analyze, understand and describe possible solutions of conflict between the Judicial System and the victim, to reduce the chances of mistakes in the criminal field. The damage caused as a result of miscarriages of justice and how the lives of the incriminated are left after wrongful convictions. The victims of these cases are the same as in the prison system in the country, poor people, black people, people with less access to justice, being the public most affected by these mistakes. The State must hold the wrongfully convicted responsible for the damages caused to them, as a way of repairing the suffering experienced by the citizen.
