Abstract

Aiming at the shortage of lowprecision harmonic wave's analysis in China, and the inadaptability of error transmitting, we analyze the error sources and come up with an approach, Direct Data frequency Synthesizer (DDS), to replace the traditional analog Phase Locked Loop (PLL) to track the frequency of measured signal. Non-integer-period Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) compensation algorithm is used for processing data. Accordingly a high-precision harmonic standard device is designed in this paper. The final test shows that this solution can efficiently improve the precision.
