Abstract

In our November, 1981, issue, in the article by Pulver et al., “The Association Between Season of Birth and the Risk for Schizophrenia” (Am J Epidemiol 1981;114:735–49), our printer inadvertently transposed the figures that appear on pages 738–9 (figures 1 and 2). The figure presented on page 738, now labeled as figure 1, should be figure 2, the hypothetical incidence curve for schizophrenia in Monroe County, New York, 1969–1971, while the figure now captioned as figure 2 on page 739 should be figure 1, the actual three-year age-specific incidence rates for schizophrenia in the county in 1969–1971. The Journal regrets this error.
