Abstract

In the article Survival and Virulence of Listeria monocytogenes during Storage on Chocolate Liquor, Corn Flakes, and Dry–Roasted Shelled Pistachios at 4 and 23°C by Vivian Ly, Valeria R. Parreira, Alma Fernanda Sanchez–Maldonado, and Jeffrey M. Farber, published in Journal of Food Protection, 83(11):1852–1862, 10.4315/JFP-20-129, the corn flakes and pistachio figures (Fig. 1B and 1C) were reversed and the corn flakes figure contained the same aw lines as the chocolate liquor aw. The corrected figure follows.
