The following errors were inadvertently overlooked: Page 2, paragraph 4: remove the word “up” in the second line “2. 1920 to 1984 and the publication of up the Correll & Correll flora; and” Page 4, last line of first paragraph: “Buxelles” should be “Bruxelles” Page 5, second paragraph, second line: (1864)—the opening parenthesis, which is italic, should be roman Page 6, last paragraph, ninth line from bottom: “in 1890” needs a space between “in” and “1890” Table 1, which was typeset incorrectly, is reproduced here.
