Abstract

k=−N0 (z − z0)Kk(z0), 0 < |z − z0| < e0, for some N0 = N0(z0) ∈ N and some 0 < e0 = e0(z0) sufficiently small, with K−k(z0) ∈ F(K), 1 ≤ k ≤ N0(z0), Kk(z0) ∈ B(K), k ∈ N ∪ {0}, one should assume in addition to Hypothesis 2.5 that [IK −K0(z0)] ∈ Φ(K). No principal result in the original publication is affected by these corrections. We would like to thank Jussi Behrnd for kindly pointing the omission of [IK −K0(z0)] ∈ Φ(K) out to us.
