The article was published in Vol. 395, issue 4, on pages 877–891. Recently, the authors became aware that Regulation (EEC) no. 2377/90 was repealed by Regulation (EC) no. 470/2009. The correct version of the first row of Table 1 on page 879 is given here: Also, in the text on page 880 three corrections need to be made: Line 2: incorrect: 2377/90, correct: 470/2009.
