Inadvertently, one of the authors, Nina Ditsch, at the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, University of Munich, has not been listed as a co-author in the published article. The authors regret this mistake and would like to emphasize that Miss Ditsch contributed to this work to a great extent. This erratum is published to correct the error.
