Abstract
In the Inlet Flow Field subsection of the Results and Discussion section, the blockage factor values of “0.12” and “0.115” should be replaced by “0.93” and “0.9315” respectively, in consideration of the general definition of blockage factor. The text is revised as:…of blockage factor for HPC exit stage is 0.93. By various numerical attempts, the length of the inlet duct between cowling end and compressor inlet is determined, which is equal to 0.8 m, and the measured result show that the blockage factor for design operating point is 0.9315, which agrees very well with the design value. It…Due to the same reason, the boundary layer parameter values of “3.23,” “3.28,” “3.96” and “3.16” are to be replaced by “3.05,” “3.11,” “2.25” and “1.86” respectively, in Table 2 on page 5.
