Abstract

The authors have informed the editors of the JBMR that Figure 3C, appearing in [1], was based on data collected from a control group used in a previous study by the authors and shared with the study reported in [1]. The central panel in Figure 3C was inadvertently reproduced from the earlier work published by the authors in the JBMR. The following credit line should have appeared in the caption: Reproduced from Heath DJ, Chantry AD, Buckle CH, Coulton L, Shaughnessy JD, Evans ER, Snowden JA, Stover DR, Vanderkerken K, Croucher PI. DOI: 10.1359/jbmr.081104. The authors regret the error.
