McIlwraith (2010) ‘The use of intra-articular corticosteroids in the horse: What is known on a scientific basis?’ published in the September issue of EVJ contains an error. On page 568, the 3rd sentence of the final paragraph in the left column should read: Synovial fluid concentrations were highest one day after injection (7.5 µg/ml) decreasing to a steady state concentration by Day 4 (10 ng/ml) and became undetectable by Day 15.
