The correct coefficients are: a20=−1.490410+1 a21=3.5700 a22=−2.831110−1 a23=7.382110−3 b20=1 b21=−1.944010−1 b22= +1.114110−2 b23=−1.617510−4 b24= +1.120710−6 The error has no implications elsewhere in the paper. The correct coefficients were used in all derivations. The incorrect coefficients were taken from the wrong table in a spreadsheet during the preparation of the manuscript. The authors apologize for their inefficiency in this matter.
