Abstract

The article investigates foreign and locally produced ERP systems, namely: SAP R/3, SAP Business One, Oracle Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, BAS ERP. It disables the assignment of many hardware and software components - modules which include: production resource planning, customer relationship management, supply process management, human resources management, financial resources management, etc. The practical experience of implementing SAP ERP on the instance of the Fast-Ukraine (Shvydko Ukraine) and BAS ERP on the instance of the company UKRAVIT is analyzed. The list of companies that use ERP systems is marked. Based on the generalization of scientific sources, the advantages and disadvantages of implementing ERP have been determined. The main tendencies of change of ERP systems in resent years are underlined.
