Abstract
Bogos Nubar Paşa 1919 yılında Paris Barış Konferansı'na Ermenilerin temsilcisi olarak yaptığı başvuruda Osmanlı Devleti'ndeki Ermeni vatandaşların büyük bir soykırıma uğradığını iddia eder ve Lord Bryce, Morganthau, L. Einstein, Dr. Lepsius, Dr. Niepage ve Harry Sturmer'in kitaplarını iddialarının kanıtları olarak gösterir. Bogos Nubar'ın belirttiği bu kaynaklar günümüzde de Ermeni iddialarının temellerini oluşturan yayınlar olma özelliklerini devam ettirmektedirler.
