AbstractLet be a finite group and a finite field of characteristic . Denote by the ‐rank of the commutator factor group and by the number of isomorphism classes of self‐dual simple ‐modules. Then the Witt group of equivariant quadratic forms is isomorphic to an elementary abelian ‐group of rank .
