Abstract
AbstractIn Luhmann’s social system theory, the social system is divided into interactive, organizational, and the overall social system. The three kinds of systems, having their own functions, are differentiated and integrated. They play their functions from different angles and serve the overall goal together. China’s targeted poverty alleviation policy system is a huge social project, which can be divided into several different subsystems according to its functions. Chapter three discuss several coupling and complementary subsystems under the targeted poverty alleviation policy system. It explores the targeted poverty alleviation policy systems from the organizational force system, interactive system, social supervision and assessment system, and overall assistance system. The targeted poverty alleviation system include responsibility system, measure system, input system, assistance system, social mobilization system, supervision system, assessment system, and so on.
