Equipment consumption prediction based on improved HOLT exponential smoothing method

Abstract

In response to the prediction of equipment consumption, the Markov chain was used to improve the Holt index smooth method. The results show that the improved Holt exponential smoothing method makes the average relative error drop significantly, and the prediction accuracy of the model is improved significantly, providing a scientific decision basis for equipment demand in equipment maintenance and guarantee work.
