Abstract

Considering dark matter is a Bose Einstein Condensate modeled with the Gross- Pitaevskii equation, and assuming luminous matter is an n-body system, we construct initial data for the luminous matter on top of a BEC dark matter halo. The conditions on the luminous matter are that the peculiar velocities are random, that the density profile is nearly spherical and that the configuration of luminous plus dark matter is a long living system. We analyze the life-time using the full numerical evolution of the configuration.
