Abstract

In a world in constant movement, which in recent years has seen progress in women's struggles for equal treatment, there are still situations of gender discrimination, lower participation of women in the labor market, and situations of gender violence in the workplace. To analyze gender equity in the workplace; Materials and methods: An exploratory systematic review was carried out, making a pre-selection of 35 articles that met the inclusion criteria: articles of primary studies, articles that contain in their abstract key words related to the search, as exclusion criteria the notes to the author, postgraduate research, articles older than 10 years, at the end there were 20 articles of an exploration of the last 10 years.
