Abstract

Generalization of the Landauer resistivity ρNL is given for the case of multichannel scattering of a particle by the system of nonoverlapped N random potentials, depending on x − xi and y, which are localized near the points xi (i = 1,2,…N). It is shown that in this case a new resistivity ρNS appears, which is a power function of N. A recurrent equation is obtained for definition of the Landauer resistivity ρNL.
