Objectives: This study reports on the outcomes and variability between the 10 Cystic Fibrosis (CF) newborn screening (NBS) specialty care centers (SCCs) in New York State (NYS) in the United States (US), highlighting the need for updating guidelines in the US regarding initial and follow-up evaluations of infants with CFSPID/CRMS.
