Abstract
Some features of the X-band EPR spectra taken after γ-irradiation of some seasnails and snail ( Helix lukortium) are reported. The estimated EPR parameters ( g 1=2.0055, g 2=2.003, g 3=2.002, g 4=2.000 and g z =1.996) of all samples suggest a complex spectrum consisting of three different EPR active species. The intensity of the EPR response which is stable for more than 1 year exhibits different behaviour with respect to the absorbed dose.
