Abstract

AbstractThe electron paramagnetic resonance spectra of Mn2+ and VO2+ impurities in K2C2O4 · H2O are analysed in X‐band at 298 K. The ions do not appear to enter the lattice as substitutional impurites. The double separation of forbidden hyperfine transitions (Δm = ± 1) are studied in Mn2+ doped crystals. It is found that the different parts of the single crystals are characterized by different intensity ratios of two magnetically inequivalent complexes. This behaviour is prominent in VO2+ doped crystals.
