Abstract
Since the full thickness vaginal wall sling procedure for stress urinary incontinence was first described, concern has been raised regarding the potential formation of inclusion cysts due to buried vaginal mucosa.1 To our knowledge we report the first case of inclusion cyst formation after a full thickness, free vaginal wall urethral sling procedure.
