Abstract
Objective: 1. To examine the cytotoxicity of epigenetic drugs as single agents and in combination with paclitaxel/cisplatin 2. To investigate the ability of ovarian cancer cells to acquire chemoresistance in different omental microenvironments and whether the use of epigenetic drugs is able to counteract this chemoresistance.
