Abstract
Spinal epidural emphysema, air in epidural space, is caused by traumatic or nontraumatic several causes. The amount epidural air is small and can easily be seen by CT. We report the radiologic findings of the rare case with epidural emphysema as a cause of spontaneous pneumothorax and pneumomediastinum.
