Abstract
This article is dedicated to the analysis of rare case of acute frontitis with forming epidural abscess with spread into sinus sagittalis. Timely diagnostics and treatment prevented the disabling and even lethal result. Detailed analysis of this case and surgical treatment tactics of this pathology, namely frontal sinus cranialisation during destruction of its back wall, was provided. Important moment during treatment of such patients is multidisciplinary approach, to be more precise, collaboration of ENT specialist and neurosurgeon.
