Abstract

Interstitial Lung Diseases (ILD) are a group of diseases that diffusely affect the lung, causing varying degrees of inflammation, fibrosis and structural degeneration. Especially in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer development is among the most important comorbidities. In our study, it was aimed to evaluate the pathological diagnosis, presence of malignancy and survival status of interstitial lung patients who were operated for diagnostic purposes in our clinic.
