Abstract
Spontaneous regression is defined as temporary or permanent disappearance of a tumor without anticancer treatment, which develops after surgery or biopsy for primary and metastatic tumors. We report the case of a 40-year-old woman with a spontaneous regression of metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer who was admitted to our hospital on December 2021.
