Abstract

Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR TKIs) are a standard of care for patients with advanced EGFR mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In Thailand, gefitinib has been approved for reimbursement under the Civil Servant Medical Benefit Scheme (CSMBS) for the treatment in these patients. Therefore, this retrospective cohort study examined the patient characteristics and clinical outcomes of Thai patients with EGFR-mutated NSCLC in a real-world setting.
