Abstract

Pulmonary mucosa associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma is a rare and malignant neoplasm affecting the lung. Its CT characteristics have been described in previous studies but due to their nonspecific and heterogeneous description, radiological diagnosis is still largely difficult, often being mistaken as lung primary adenocarcinomas or sarcoidosis. We performed an analysis to describe the detailed chest CT findings with pulmonary MALT lymphoma, with emphasis on the presence of extrapulmonary involvement.
