Abstract

Currently, there is no standard treatment for lung cancer patients with deteriorated pulmonary function. In this study, we aimed to assess the efficacy of thoracic radiotherapy for unresectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with baseline severe pulmonary dysfunction and severe acute radiation pneumonitis (SARP).
