Abstract
Enzyme catalysed kinetic resolution of (±)α-methyl-4-(2-methylpropyl) benzene acetic acid (ibuprofen), esterified with several alcohols, in the presence of enzymes Candida Cylindracea Lipase(CCL), Mucor Mehei Lipase immobilised on support (Lipozyme) and Porcine Pancreatin Lipase (PPL) is reported.
