Abstract

Modern technologies in poultry farming are aimed at preventing the death of poultry, which brings significant losses to producers. One of the possible ways to improve the physiological status of the bird’s body is the skillful selection of feed, which ultimately will allow for the maximum realization of genetically determined productivity. The purpose of the work was to provide a scientific and practical justification for the effectiveness of the use of an enzyme-probiotic complex in the rearing of ducks of the cross “Cherry Valley” of Beijing breed. The technology of production of meat of broiler ducklings is scientifically and economically justified when using an enzyme-probiotic complex based on the poly-enzyme drug “Universal” and the probiotic drug Actisaf as part of their compound feed. The optimal dose of the introduction of the probiotic Actisaf into the diet of poultry for its further use as part of a complex drug has been determined. It has been experimentally substantiated and proved that the use of the enzyme-probiotic complex in the feed of broiler ducklings makes it possible to increase the nutritional value and usefulness of their feeding, livability, energy and growth rate, normalize morphological and biochemical parameters of blood, the functional state of internal organs, positively affects the digestibility and use of feed nutrients. This allows us to get high-quality products and increase the profitability of its production. The economic efficiency was according to groups such as in the 1st experimental group (the optimal dose of drug Actisaf) it was 32 rubles, in the 2nd experimental group (the recommended dose of the poly-enzyme drug Universal) it was 11,6 rubles and in the 3rd experimental group (enzyme-probiotic complex) it was 56,3 rubles, including based on 1 rub of additional costs – 1,56 rub, 1,59 and 2,03 rub, respectively, for experimental groups. These developments are an important contribution to the problem of improving the theory and practice of fattening broiler ducklings under the conditions of the Republic of Tatarstan.
