Abstract

Reagentless glucose oxidase electrodes for glucose were fabricated by the use, of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co- vinylfemocene) (PAF) which acts both as a charge transfer mediator and as an enzyme support. PAF is a redox polymer which is soluble in water at 28 o C. Glucose oxidase and PAF are well mixed in water at 10 -5 M) were obtained under nitrogen at +500 mV vs Ag/AgCl
