Abstract
目的 建立一种人肠系膜小动脉平滑肌细胞急性酶分离法并在分离的细胞上研究其离子通道特性.方法采用木瓜蛋白酶、胶原酶和透明质酸酶分离出人肠系膜小动脉平滑肌细胞,用膜片钳全细胞记录法记录通道电流.结果该方法分离过程简单,所获细胞数量多,形态正常,在这些细胞上容易记录到正常的外向钾通道电流.结论应用本方法易得单个活性正常、形态完整的人肠系膜小动脉平滑肌细胞。
